  3. 1.3Location data: GPS coordinates used to power the real-world map feature, property locations, scavenging, and proximity-based interactions. Location is collected only while the App is in use unless the user has enabled background location for specific features.
  4. 1.4Financial data: transaction history (in-game), IAP purchase records (processed by Apple/Google), KYC verification data (government ID, name, address, DOB, tax identification number) collected and processed by our third-party payment processor.
  5. 1.5Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address.
  6. 1.6Usage data: gameplay activity, session duration, feature usage, crash reports.

  1. 3.1Free Roam requires access to your device's GPS location to provide core gameplay functionality.
  2. 3.2Location data is used to: place you on the in-game map, generate scavengeable items in your vicinity, determine proximity to properties, NPCs, and other players, and verify safe zone presence.
  3. 3.3We do not sell location data to third parties.
  4. 3.4We do not share your precise location with other players unless you explicitly enable GPS sharing for specific friends.
  5. 3.5You may disable location access in your device settings, but core gameplay features will not function without it.

4. Financial Data and KYC

  1. 4.1Payment processing for IAP is handled by Apple and Google. We do not store credit card numbers or payment method details.
  2. 4.2KYC verification data (government ID, name, address, DOB, SSN/EIN) is collected and securely processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe Connect, PayPal, or equivalent).
  3. 4.3KYC data is used solely for identity verification, age verification, fraud prevention, and tax reporting.
